Yes. A refundable $200 deposit is returned after your rental.
Unsafe conditions mean we reschedule or refund — we will never put you on the water in weather we would not ride in ourselves.
Arriving late may shorten your rental, and we may cancel without a refund. No-shows are charged the full price.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 30% charge of the total booking price. Non-negotiable. Customers will also receive a partial refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
The Crosby location requires a $10 entrance fee paid to the park on arrival — cash only.
